in-sync INCUBATION
An ensemble group to INCUBATE original music for i_is_one, which thereafter would be used as tools to further induce synchronicity among members. Approximate time frame: 6-8 weeks

in-sync INDUCTION
Led by Eugene and Lester, the INDUCTION workshops are meant to induce synchronicity between i_is_one members, empowering each with the strength to shine with their melodies, rhythm, and beats via the INCUBATION music. The INDUCTION would eventually become public workshops, sharing the same empowerment with a wider audience. Approximate time frame: 8-10 weeks

in-sync INITIATION
An ensemble performance composed of 3-4 musicians that play in the flow. The audience would be shown the detailed quality of making sounds regardless of the instruments being played. The performance makes sense only with the presence of the audience, whether it is simply an exchange of breath or gaze. Estimated time to perform: 6 months (due Winter 2023)
